The popular detective drama "McDonald's&Dodd" stars Tala Gouvea and Jason Watkins. In the latest series, Claire Skinner (at the back) has joined the cast as Chief Superintendent Ormond. The third season of the Bath Detective series consists of four independent films, reunited with DCI McDonald played by Tala Gouvea and DS Dods played by British Academy of Motion Picture and Television Award winning actor Jason Watkins. Lily Sacofsky plays DC Milena Pachiowski's comeback, and Danny Ismail plays DC Martin Malik. Speaking of her role in the new series, Claire Skinner said:; I am a huge fan of McDonald's; Doz, so I'm very happy to join the crew as Chief Superintendent Ormond. Ormond is a quiet and intimidating character, so she will keep McDonald's; Dodd remains vigilant in this new series" In the first movie "Lilac", a young woman was found dead in broad daylight on a recliner in one of Bath's most beautiful and populous parks. The guest actors in the first film include Allan Davis (Jonathan Crick), Holly Elder (Wake up the Dead), Catherine Taldsley (Coronation Street) and Mrs. Sean Phillips (I, Claudius). The drama was commissioned by Polly Hill and Huw Kennair Jones to be produced by ITV and will be produced by Rebecca Davies. The executive producers are Damien Timmer and creator and lead author Robert Murphy. Robert Murphy has written Movies One and Four, Robert Drummond has written Movies Two, and Kan Audra has written Movies Three.
